Organaised by EC-SIPRD, Kajalgaon and DPRC Barpeta in Collaboration With Barpeta Zilla Parishad.Inaugurated by CEO Barpeta Sri Manoj Sikaria , Sri Jyoti Prasad Deka ,faculty SIPRD, Assam was attended the Programme as Resource person. Sri AmarJyoti Das, Principal,ETC,Kajalgaon delivered the keynote address. ADPM Barpeta, Smti Bhaswati Das coordinated the programme.
