A three day online ToT on Revival of Rural Economy was organised by SIPRD,Assam through Video Conferencing system from 20th to 22nd May,2020.  The programme was conducted from Satellite Hub, Kahikuchi,SIPRD, which connected all the 16 SITs of SIPRD across Assam. The inaugural speech and objective of the training was delivered by Sri K.Pegu, Director SIPRD,Assam. The subject for day one was on Agriculture and Horticulture discussed by Sri Pabitra Kalita, Depity Director, SIPRD. For day 2 it was on Animal Husbandry discussed by Dr.Bipul Deka,Faculty,SIPRD. The subject for day 3 was on revival of rural economy through secondary and service sectors discussed by Sri S. Borgohain,Dy.Director,SIPRD.

Altogether 96 faculties and Principals from various ETCs and HQ  participated the programme. The Programme coordinated by Sri Anupam Dutta,Sr. faculty, SIPRD with the help of Sri Udeepta Brahma, Hub engineer,Kahikuchi Satellite hub.
