Sri Pabitra Kalita, Joint Director, SIPRD is delivering key note address in the Orientation Programme of Elected Representative of Gram Panchayat as 'Agent's of Change and Sector Enablers' for Chandrapur Development Block, Kamrup (M) district. Sri Surajit Borgohain, Joint Director SIPRD Assam is also taking session on Water Harvesting, Micro Irrigation and Rain Water Harvesting and Dr. Merrychaya Patiri also taking session in the Orientation Programme. 29 participants taking part in the programme. The two days programme will be continued till tomorrow.
