Inaugural and welcome session by Sri Anupam Dutta , Deputy Director, SIPRD Assam during the Refresher Training programme on " Climate Change and Adaptation" for Gaon Panchayat Secretaries of Kamrup Metro District from 8th to 9th August, 2022 at SIPRD, HQ Khanapara. Mr.Jaideep Baruah, Head Environment Division, ASTEC conducted sessions on weather, climate change: What, Why, how in local and regional context and Adaptation measures and action of the community in changing climate scenario in the state during the Refresher Training Programme on Climate change and Adaptation from 8th to 9th August, 2022 at SIPRD HQ Khanapara.
