Dr. J.B.Ekka, Principal Secretary, Panchayat and Rural Development Department, along with Secretary, PNRD Sri Nurul Islam ,Director, SIPRD, Sri K. Pegu and Dy.director,SIPRD, Sri S. Borgohain attended the inaugural programme of the training programme for the newly elected Zilla Parishad  members of Biswanath, Dhemaji and Lakhimpur District w.e.from 1st July to 5th July,2019 at Rcitsd, SIPRD, Kahikuchi.
