Mr. Santosh Medok, Faculty Member, SIPRD Assam is taking sessions on Broad steps involved for Panchayat Development Plan at Block Level, Resource Envelope and Grant-in-Aid under 15th Finance (Tied and Untied), permissible works under 15th Finance and State Specific guidelines in the Training on Preparation of Panchayat Development Plan (PDP) 2023-24 and Revamped eGramSwaraj Portal from 9th to 10th December, 2022 at SIPRD, HQ Khanapara.
Level of participants: Computer Assistants(PR) & BPMs of Darrang, Tinsukia, Lakhimpur and Dhubri District.
