Joint Director, SIPRD, Assam, Shri Surajit Borgohain is interacting with the participants of the training program on Financial Management and Office procedure For Accounts Officers, Accountants and Accounts Assistants of ZPs at SIPRD Kahikuchi Campus today on 27th November. Earlier, session on ' Digitise System of Financial Management & PFMS-practise ' was taken by Mr.A. Ahmed , PFMS-State Cell . Yesterday, a session on ' Assam Financial Rules 1939 With Leave Rules & pension Schemes' was taken by Mr. J. Mishra , Retd. Financial Advisor, Govt. Of Assam. in the training program for Financial Management with Office procedure For Accounts Officers/ Accountants/Accounts Assistants of ZPs. Session on 'Maintenance of Accounting Books and management of Cash & Bank Balance , Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS) a practice to Govt.Accounts.' was taken by Mr. Tapan Dev  Sarma, Faculty Member, SIPRD Assam. The programme is conducted by senior core faculty Sri Anupam Dutta and Sri Swapan Kalita,faculty,SIPRD. The four day programme will be concluded on 28th November,2020.
