Sri Mrigangka Borkakoti, faculty member SIPRD taken a session on "Challenges and opportunities regarding Own Source of Revenue in Panchayat" at SIPRD HQ, Khanapara Assam during the three days training programme on Asset Creation and Own Source of Revenue for GP members from Rani and Chandrapur block as 'Agent's of Change and Sector Enablers' at SIPRD,HQ. Sri Swapan Kalita, faculty member, SIPRD is also taken session on " Preparation of By- law in Panchayat" during the training programme. Today is the last day of the training programme.
