Sri Pabitra Kalita , Joint Director ( Training), SIPRD,  Assam was interacted with the participants during the Three Days Training Programme on Leadership Skills and Empowerment of Women from 25th to 27th May, 2022 at SIPRD, HQ, Khanapara. Mr. Swarup Bhatta, Executive Coordinator, NESPYM conducted session on Development and Leadership in the three days training on Leadership Skills and Empowerment of women for the Elected Women PRI Members. Mr.Bhaskar Jyoti Saikia, Consultant, UNICEF, Assam took session on People's Lead Development and Leadership. Level of participants are elected women representatives of PRIs of Dibrugarh district. The programme is being sponsored by National commission for Women,New Delhi.
