A two days training programme on Leadership to make Panchayati Raj system vibrant for chairperson of Zilla Parishad was held from 16th to 17th August,2021 at SIPRD,Assam , which was jointly organised by SIPRD,Assam and UNICEF. On 17th August ,Director,SIPRD,Assam Sri Munindra Sharma,ACS, took part in the programme and interacted with the participants. Sri Pabitra Kalita , Joint Director and officials from UNICEF also attended the programme.
