Inaugural and welcome session by Sri Pabitra Kalita , Joint Director (Training),SIPRD,Assam in the Training Programme on Localisation of SDGs regarding 9 thematic areas identified by MOPR from 23rd to 24th May, 2022 at SIPRD, HQ Khanapara. Dr. J.C. Phukan , Former Director, P&D, consultant ( SDG) conducted session on Sustainable Development Goals in the context of Assam. Mr. Bhaskar Jyoti Saikia, Consultant, UNICEF, Assam also conducted Session on Theme 3 ( child friendly village) and Theme 9 ( Engendered development in village) in the  Training Programme. On 24th May, Mr. Anupam Dutta, Deputy Director, SIPRD, Assam conducted sessions on Theme 4 ( water sufficient village) and Theme 5 ( clean and green village) ,Mr. Surajit  Borgohain sir, Joint Director, SIPRD, Assam conducted session on Theme 1 ( poverty free and enhanced livelihood villages) ,Mr. Jyoti Prasad Deka, Faculty Member, SIPRD,   Assam conducted Sessions on Panchayat Development Plan for localizing SDGs and Theme 8 ( village with good governance),Mr. Uttam Kr. Baruah, Faculty Member, SIPRD, Assam is taking Sessions on Theme 6 and Theme 7 during the  Training Programme on Localisation of SDGs. 
Level of participants: District and sub district level line department officials from Agriculture, Veterinary, Health, Social welfare and irregation department.
