Mr. Uttam Kumar Baruah, Faculty Member, SIPRD Assam is taking session on Panchayat Development Plan for Localizing SDGs, Timeline for Peoples Plan Campaign 2022-23 for preparation of PDP for 2023-24, Gaon Panchayat Planning and Facilitation Team and 09( Nine) thematic working groups in the Training programme Working on People's Plan Campaign for Preparation of Panchayat Development Plan ( PDP) 2023-24 for Block Development Officers of Dhubri, Goalpara and Lakhimpur at SIPRD, HQ Khanapara w.e.f. 9th to 10th October, 2022.
