A two days training programme on Zilla Parishad Planning and Implementation of 15th Finance Commission grant through Zilla Parishad was held at SIPRD HQ on 15 and 16th October,2020. The programme was inaugurated by Ditector,SIPRD,Sri K.Pegu,ACS, where members from Darrang, Bongaigaon and Morigaon Zilla Parishad took part. The programme was conducted by Sri Pabitra Kalita, Joint Director, SIPRD and other faculty member of the institute. Sri AMM Zakir,State training consultant,SIPRD, conducted the programme through WEBEX.
