State Information Commissioner Dr. A. P. Rout, IPS ( Retd. ) Inaugurated and delivered the Key note address  in the one day workshop on Awareness & Publicity "Right to Information Act" at SIPRD, HQ, in presence of Sri K. Pegu, ACS, Director, SIPRD,  Mr. K. C. Sarma, ACS, ( Retd. ) State Information Commissioner and Mr. Jatin Lahkar, ACS, ( Retd. ), Consultant,  State Information Commission. The level of participants are elected representatives from Kamrup rural and metro comprising GP, AP and ZPs.
