Sri Nazrul Islam,IAS,Commissioner,P&RD deptt.,Govt of Assam is delivering Inaugural speech & taking session on " Role of Assistant Engineers for Development of Rural Areas" in the five day Induction Training Programme for newly promoted Assistant  Engineers ( 4th Batch) at SIPRD, HQ,Khanapara,in presence of Sri Pabitra Kalita, Dy. Director, SIPRD. The programme will be continued till 29 February,2020.
