One day interactive webiner with successful Entrepreneurs/beneficiaries of different self employment programmes by SIPRD Assam was organised by SIPRD Assam through online mode on 7th of June,2021. Members from various groups and faculty members from Head quarter and extension centres were participated the event. Sri Pabitra Kalita, Joint directior,SIPRD, interacted with the participants and he briefly described about the initiatives taken by the institutute in developing entrepreneurs trouh various Central and state government schemes. Dr Acyut Akash Bora , through his presentation described about the various stages of implementation of different schemes and the no of beneficiaries created. The resource persons who delivered their valuable suggestions were Sri Prafulla Saikia, Ex. Addl. director, Dept. of Industry and Commerce, Dr Nayanjijt Deka, Dept, of Veterinary and AH, Dr Ratna Bhuyan, Assistant Professor, NIRDPR NERC, Dr Sanjay Sarma, Dept of Fishery, Dr Kulendra Deka, Dept of Agriculture and Sri Bhaskar Hazarika.They mainly dealt with variuos problems faced by the entrepreneurs during lockdown period and made suggestions how to overcome them. The programme anchored by Sri Jayanta Saharia and coordinated by Dr Bipul Deka of SIPRD,Assam.
