A seven day Orientation Training Programme (18 th to 24th August,2021) for newly promoted Assistant Executive Engineers concluded today at SIPRD,HQ. Participants from various blocks attended the programme. Besides regular training courses they had given Art of living and Yoga sessions every morning. Baruah, Dy. Director, SIPRD, Assam took session on " MGNREGA: Estimate Preparation through SECURE ", Mr. Shayan Paul, State Programme Executive(Works) is took session on "PMAY- G:Geotagging based monitoring," Mr.Santosh Medok,Faculty Member,SIPRD,Assam took session on "Monitoring of PMAY-G through Awaassoft",Mr.Mriganka Borkakati,Faculty Member,SIPRD,Assam took session on "Finance commission grant" , Mrs Tribeni Bhattacharya took session on Motivational and stress management. Dr. Bipul Kr. Deka,Sr. Core Faculty, SIPRD, Assam took session on " Panchayati Raj system in Assam" ,Mr. Utpaljyoti Bora, Faculty Member,SIPRD,Assam is taking session on "MIS for implementation of MGNREGA " ,Mrs. Purabi Nath, Dy. Director,SIPRD,Assam is took session on "BPDP:Planning at block level"in the orientation training programme. Mr Rashul Hussain,Sr SPM,CPRD discussed about Basic features of PMAY-G and Mr Abhijit Mishra,Sr SPM,CPRD, discussed about Finance commission grants. On the last day , Director,SIPRD, Sri Munindra Sharma,ACS, joined the programme and interacted with the participants. A musical programme also held where the participants as well as staff of SIPRD took part. Certificate of participation was distributed by the Director at the end of the programme.
