Mr.Pabitra Kalita, Joint Director, SIPRD Assam was inaugurated the two day Refresher Training Programme on Panchayati Raj and Rural development programme for block development officers at HQ , SIPRD, Assam from 6th to 7th December,2021 and interacted with the participants. Mr. Munin sarma, Sr. Financial consultant, SIPRD, Assam conducted session on Financial procedure, Govt rules and office management. Dr. A.Simhachalam , Assistant Professor,NIPRD & NERC, Khanapara,Guwahati had taken session on IRM planning and its relevant in Refresher Training Programme for block development officers at HQ, SIPRD, Assam. Mr. Biju kumar Baruah Deputy Director SIPRD Assam took session on MGNREGA-Estimate Preparation through SECURE. Mr. Jyoti P Deka, Faculty Member, SIPRD, Assam took session on Preparation of Panchayat development and BPDP. Mr. Utpal jyoti Borah, Faculty Member, SIPRD, Assam took session on NMMS and Geo tagging of works/assets &. e- gram Swaraj. Mrs. Dipanita Phukan,GIS Consultant, SIPRD, Assam took session on MIS for implementation of MGNREGA. Mr.Mithun Deka,SPE(IT),PMAY-G, CPRD took  session on Monitoring of PMAY-G through Awaasoft and Mobile Apps. On the concluding day, a valedictory session was held and certificated distributed to the participants.
