Dr. Hemaprova Barthakur, Chairperson State Commission for women Inaugurated the workshop on Leadership Skills and Empowerment of women for the Elected Women PRI Members at SIPRD H.Q. w.e.f. 22nd to 24th February, 2022. Mr. Swarup Bhatta, Executive Coordinator, NESPYM is taking session on Leader and Leadership, Communication skills and Leadership & Leadership in community Mobilization in the three days training. Sri Pabitra Kalita,Joint Director, SIPRD,Assam also attended the inaugural session and interacted with the participants.
