A three day training programme on Leadership skills and Empowerment of Women is underway at SIPRD HQ from 2nd March,2022. Sri Munindra Sharma, Director,SIPRD, inaugurated the programme and delivered the key note address.  Dr. Hemaprova Barthakur, Chairperson, State Commission for women attended the three day training programme on Leadership Skills and Empowerment  for the Elected Women PRI Representatives and interacted with the participants and discussed various issues exist among women. Sri Pabitra Kalita, Joint Director, SIPRD,Assam also attended the programme and narrated the objectives of the training and interacted with the participants. Mr. Swarup Bhatta, Executive Coordinator, NESPYM was conducted session on Leader and Leadership and communication skills and leadership and other related issues. Faculty members from SIPRD also conducted sessions on various issues. Today is the concluding day of the training programme.
